Any staff member can help a student reset their password.
1. Click Student Records in the Quick Links section of your portal.
2. Select the student.
3. Click the Help Login button in the Student Info box located at the right side of the Student Record page.
Staff members can see the student's grade level, login name and view or change the communication rights status in this section. If there is no login name displayed, it means the student hasn't registered. In this case have the student register instead of using the Help Login button.
