Standard Districts
Districts with all Standard sites must transition to the new school year, but the process is quite simple. In fact, there are only two tasks on the list.
The Tasks
TASK #1:
Complete the online “New Year Transition” form: New Year Transition
Who: Distict Administrator or Implementation Leader
When: Please provide this information ASAP after receiving your New Year Tasks email message
TASK #2:
Register new users: Register Users
If your district is using School Loop's Directory Service Integration, follow this link instead: Activate Accounts
Who: Distict Administrator or Implementation Leader
When: After completing Steps #1
Clean House
When the above tasks have been completed, School Loop highly recommends that you clean house by deleting unused accounts for Principals, APs, Staff, Associates, and Sys Admins.
